I'm sorry that you're experiencing a long wait, Monstrosity. And unfortunately, you are not the only one.
All petitions submitted to us are taken in the order received. This means there are both people who have either waited shorter, longer, or just as long as you have. It's frustrating having a ticket window open for a few days, but I'm afraid these wait times tend to come in a tsunami-type wave shortly after a major content patch like the one that happened this week.
I know it can be difficult in these times to wait for assistance, but we do have to ask for your patience while we investigate and resolve issues as quickly as possible. There is also an element of quality that must be upheld as we get through these as well - we could eliminate the queue in a day by just closing all the tickets currently in queue, but that would be bad for both you and us and it's simply not an option.
Just the same, I do hope you have the time to come back and enjoy Cataclysm with us. I'm super excited for the expansion, and I hope you will be too.
