Profession Tab Issue

When I go to my profession tab it doesn't show any buttons I can use to open my professions.

I have tried disabling all addons and restarting the game. The same issues occur. I am not able to open my professions. Any ideas?

There is a known issue with Professions at this time, Kedria.

We have been receiving reports where players retain abilities related to Mining and Herbalism (such as Toughness, Smelting, and Lifeblood), but are unable to use those abilities to gather resources. In addition, players who pick up the Skinning ability may still have Master of Anatomy, but lose their ability to skin.

This is a known issue being investigated by our Quality Assurance team, and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
