Email phishing?

My apologies if this is the wrong section. I got this email in my junk folder, the email address appears to be legit, but I'm always a little more than cautious

The email says

We have already noted that you are trying to sell your personal World of Warcraft account (s).
Terms of Use (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html).


It will be ongoing for further investigation by Blizzard Entertainment's employees.
If you wish to not get your account suspended you should immediately verify your account
ownership. You must complete the steps below to secure the account and your computer.

First of all I have not been trying to sell my account as stated in bold and underlined, so right away I became extremely suspicious. Secondly, when going to one of the provided links in step 2, Mozilla blocked the website saying it was a blocked website for Phishing.

If this is indeed not a scam, what's the best way to tell if they're mistaken?
