Warning!! To all those with 24 Bug Suspension

I have just received an email back from the Account Management team in regards to my inquiry about my 24 hour suspension. The news is very very grave my friends. This is the email I received in its entirety.

Offense: World of Warcraft Terms of Use Violation

Details: Character(s) on this account were found to be used for intended exploitation of the World of Warcraft economy.

The actions detailed above have been deemed inappropriate for World of Warcraft by the Blizzard Entertainment In-game Support Staff. As a result, the World of Warcraft account has been given a 72 hour account suspension and will not be accessible for the duration thereof. This World of Warcraft account has also been forwarded to our Account Administration team for review of current and previous policy infractions to determine if further account actions, up to and including account closure, are necessary. Our Account Administration team will contact you with a decision once all information has been reviewed.

My account was suspended for 24 hours for "exploiting" a bug (which I found out from an email).

I had no clue I had exploited a bug, and did not do so intentionally. I would like someone to re-evaluate my issue so they can find out that I in fact did not exploit anything intentionally. I also would like to know what bug I supposedly exploited so I can avoid further repercussions. Thank you for your time.






There you have it, after requesting help with my 24 hour ban, I was awarded with... yes a 72 hour ban with a threat to permanently ban my account.

I'm afraid I will be most likely canceling all payment to Blizzard, and have a few "kind" words with them over the phone, then starting a brand new account, as this one is pretty, for lack of a better word, boned?

I post this as a warning to you all who have been 24 hour suspended by no fault of your own, please DO NOT contact Account Administration! I hope the rest of you can avoid my fate.
