I'm in a hurry with this so I didn't have time to read all the rules, but I got that message ( "Dear players, your account is complaints") I obviously didn't believe it but I saw the site and it looked like the real one...Had all the right stuff, so I entered information >.< I've changed my email password, my password, my email that it goes to, and all that. Plus I don't think the computer I'm on can get account scanning viruses (Unless specially made). So two things, how do I change my security question, and am I fairly safe with my fast reaction?

Being proactive in changing your email address and passwords is definitely a good start, Letherian.

Typically the secret question answer cannot be changed once confirmed, but Account Services may be able to make an exception for you. You would need to contact them directly and explain the circumstances in which you would like to make this change.

An authenticator is an excellent way to protect the account from further compromise. In fact, if you have an iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, or a Droid you can download the Battle.net Mobile Authenticator application for free. You may also wish to check and see if your cell phone is compatible to run the application:
