24 hour suspension for "Bug Exploitation"?

I recently received a 24 suspension for "Bug Exploitation", and I have no idea why. I in no way exploited any bugs, ever, period.

I have read a few other posts here about other accounts getting a 24 hour suspension, and decided to post here to ask, what bug did I supposedly exploit?

I already sent an email to the accounts department, and an in-game ticket (been waiting on a response for hours).

Character: Lq
Realm: Khaz Modan

Any light to be shed on my current situation would be appreciated.

Heya Lq,

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide details on the suspension. If you have already contacted our account administration department, they will get back to you as soon as they can.

The issue will need to be addressed with account administration via email, which is why I can't provide the details of your suspension on the forum.

Yeah we know this. Everyone keeps popping in to tell us Account Admin will save the day, etc, etc.

The problem is, we can't play now! And the likely scenario is Accound admin won't even get to it until after the unwarranted ban is lifted. This is the problem and main source of frustration.

I have no worries about any mark on my record because I know that one look from them and they'll see I didn't do anything wrong and if I did it was most certainly unintentional. I just want to play before my days off are gone and it's back to work.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end to lift a ban that you feel is unwarranted. My apologies for this frustration, but we just have no control over that.

That's something that most likely the Account Administrators would forward themselves. If they find an inordinate amount of players are getting wrongfully hit, then they'll gather and report it to the hacks team who puts out the bans for exploits. They do check the logs for each contested ban, too, so they'll have to physically see that you didn't commit the exploit.

My account has been resolved of all the bans against me. Those of you who took action against your false bans don't lose faith!
Glad, your issue was resolved Lq. :)
