Got a in-game-chat from blirzzcrd

I got a in-game-chat from blirzzcrd claiming to be Blizzard GM. It is whispering to me that my account is in violation and will be permanently deleted if I dont go to [removed] and address the issue. It pops a page that looks like the battlenet page where you enter your account info. was wondering if this was a hacker making a fake WOW site trying to get my info. Thought the blirzzcrd was a big sign.

Anyone know if it is legit before I enter my stuff on there?
