So i go to login this morning and I'm met with a message telling me I have been met with a temporary ban. The exploit listed below I was completely unaware of. I spent the last couple days since patch farming heroic almost non stop for justice points to gear out my off spec for raid tanking. I have cut and pasted the emailed I recieved below which landed in my junk box. Also, this email account due to security is ONLY used for WoW so I never had any advanced warning. I do not check this email. I have no idea what to do now. Has anyone else been hit with this false accusation and ban?

That portion of the email deals with disputes. You need to email Account Administration.

Q u o t e:
Hello everyone –

This thread has gotten out of hand and full of unjustified theories of who, what, when, where, why, and how.

For those of you who have been suspended and/or banned for a Justice Point issue, the way to resolve it is by emailing our Account Administration team at [email protected]. Alternatively, you can also submit the details via the Account Administration webform: https://us.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml. If you have emailed them already, please continue to be patient as these issues may take some time to investigate.

Even if the suspension has passed, I encourage all of you to email them as well. It is possible for mistakes to be made, not necessarily pertaining to this issue, but any issue that results in an account action.

Lastly, moderators of this forum do not have the ability to investigate and overturn account actions. As the OP has received the answer, not once but twice now, on how to dispute an account action, I am locking this thread.
