Picking up mage food freeze

I had this problem 2 times on Thursday, where a mage would make a refreshment table, I go to grab some and get disconnected. I asked in trade channel if anyone else had seen this, and I did see one person indicate they had it happen also. I was just wondering if this is a known issue since the recent patch or something else maybe? It may have already been posted, but it's hard to filter through all these threads.
