Retrieving Used Character Names

I wrote this on the general forum before I was pointed here by a helpful MVP.

I was wondering if it was possible to check and see if an unavailable character name could be made available if the account that has been holding it is no longer active.

I was also wondering how I would go about asking, would I just leave this here or would an in-game petition be more helpful?

You'd want to ask this be looked into via an ingame petition, Rexnik.

This isn't really a common thing to be able to grant given all the criteria that must be met - but we'd be happy to check for you.
