heres the case my buddy refered me to battle.net to sign up for wow at first i went with trial 3 days into my trial i went out and got a pre-paid master card to upgrade my file to the full version. i entered all the info i was supposed to and it said problem with transaction. after that i then called the mastercard number and they said that the fee needed to upgrade my wow account was used its been 5 days since then and still no upgrade did i get screwed??

Based on what I can see, Worldd, the account was not upgraded successfully and is still a trial. Keep in mind that prepaid credit cards are not an official method of payment.

If the credit card provider has verified funds are pending, they should be dropped in a few days as the transaction failed. At this point you have a few options.

1. If you have sufficient funds, you may attempt to upgrade once again via the website or by contacting our billing and account services team.
2. Use a different method of payment.
3. Purchase the game at a retail store.
