Hi, I am trying to do a recustomization and change my name to a name I used to use way back when but it won't let me use that name. So I checked the armory but nobody on my server is using the name. Its Toranaga on Perenolde btw. So I was just wondering if it was a bug and if so how I could get it fixed.

The name appears to be taken, Talizoräh.

In this case the character is lower level as others have mentioned. The name unfortunately is unavailable.
