Blizz,

I can't begin to tell you how much fun overall I have been having with all of the serendipitous changes with the 4.0.1 patch! I play a warrior (prot), a priest (shadow), a mage (fire), a shamman (resto), and druid (resto). You have kept me so busy with the glyph system (thank god I have a scribe!) and new talents that it is almost like a new game to me. Every corner I turn there is something neat and fun to be discovered.

You nailed it with the new justice points system. You nailed it again with the user interface changes (even tho they still have a few kinks to work out). And you nailed it again with the guild leveling system.

All in all I would rate the changes a 10/10 and sincerely look forward to what you have planned for the expansion.
