Okay I know with 4.0.1 up and all, it's probably been kind of busy for you guys, but the customer service for me has been quite lacking. I've needed help for about a week now, still with NO help, excluding a Blizzard emplyee posting that we somehow set it up wrong. Could I please get some help here? I'm the one who referred them, they bought the disc, then they bought a 60 day card, by now I should've gotten the exclusive mount and a month of play time.

Still nothing...
I can't summon them, I don't have the month, and I don't have the mount. Could someone please help me out here?

As was indicated before, Ostrich, this is an issue that only our Billing & Account Services department can handle. Those of us who post here are not able to complete such requests - as Customer Service Forum Representatives, we are here to advise and moderate these forums. While we do share in the knowledge and limited abilities of both Billing Representatives and Game Masters, we are not able to function as an alternative to either department.

I understand you may not be able to call in, but please note that there are other alternatives to contacting them via phone. Keep in mind that queue times are a little high right now, due to the recent patch, and if you have already sent an e-mail and not yet received a response, you may just want to hang tight a day or so longer.
