Blizz logging on people's toons?

So my friend put in a ticket on a toon about an issue. Today while my friend was not in game, that particular toon and no others came online and went offline twice.

So may question is, does blizzard sometimes log into people's toons to fix issues? Or should my friend be worried about her account security?

This person also has an authenticator

Yes, we do. Depending on the issue we may need to log into the character to do something.

If she submitted a petition regarding an issue she was experiencing my guess is that she shouldn't worry, especially since she has an Authenticator.

If you can give me the name and realm of a character on her account I can confirm our involvement. :)

It does indeed look like there was a profession issue that a Game Master needed to resolved. She should be good, Uhohhotdog.
