Well ive been waiting for my ticket to be attended to for 3-4 days, wondering if complaining on the forums would speed it up abit..

I was doing SWP with 25 other, we downed a boss and basically didnt to ML the items to anyone due to the server shutting down..

Wtb GM help.

Kthx

Nope, petitions are taken as quickly as they can be. Posting here has no influence on when that is.

To make sure that the issue is handled appropriately the petition needs to come from the Master Looter/Raid Leader. If they were able to view the items but not distribute them I'd recommend listing the item and who the ML intends to give them to.

If the items aren't known the Game Master who looks into the petition will determine what items dropped and provide a list to the Master Looter. They simply need to reply to the Game Master with who to give what to.

Queue times over all are around 4-5 days at the moment due to patch 4.0.1, as long as the petition remains open though it will be addressed so do not close your petition.

I hope that helps. :)

Yar i was the ML/RL.
So i shud reopen my ticket, write what each item was and where it shud go to? Would that make my wait time go back up again?

If you already have a petition open just edit it. If you close and reopen it you'll lose your place in queue but if you edit you'll retain your position.
