Character Transfer Issue

I did a character transfer for this toon from Hellscream to Stormrage on the 18th (yesterday). Had no problems with the transfer, was on my toon on the new server last night and had no problems logging in and playing as normal. I got an email today saying my character transfer failed, and my toon is locked until a review is completed, yet when I check the character transfer page, it shows the transfer as complete.

I have checked the method of payment I used for the transfer, and there is no problems, and I am the one who requested the transfer and unless my account has been compromised in the time its taken me to post here, that shouldnt be a problem.
