Petition Closed with no response only Survey?

Hello, I sent a petition at least 4 days ago, it was escalated for over 3 days and was "Will be Serviced soon" for about 3-4 hrs. I was waiting the entire duration to talk to a GM personally about a important matter. My petition suddenly went away with only a Survey to fill out. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm sure logs can confirm the above. You can track my ID down through the forums and would appreciate a response in a timely matter from high authority.

Did you not receive a whisper, Delrake? From what I can see they should have sent a whisper to let you know that they are looking into these reports.

I am very sorry if you had not received one, Delrake, as that was in no way their intention. Even during such times when we are unable to speak with you directly we try to provide a proper response to your report.

You are welcome to write to [email protected] and your interaction will be reviewed by their supervisor.

Nope, never got a whisper. I have a lot more information that could make your job 100 times easier if I did.

I am sorry for that.

If you are reporting specific players for exploitation or other violations of our Terms of Use, Delrake, and it does not fit within the petition it might be a good idea to send an e-mail to [email protected]. Just make sure to include realm names in your report.

Ok thank you. I sent a email to that address detailing everything with email tied to this account. I would appreciate if someone could look into it sooner rather then later because I do not know how long the Armory will keep game logs after the reset today.

We do not require information from the the Armory, Delrake, we have our own logs that the Armory originally collects from. We just need the names/realms of the people you wish to report plus what you believe the violation is.
