Quest item is unlootable.

I'm on the quest The Only Prescription, and I've killed Onyxia for the third time since having it. I can't loot the quest item (Draconic for Dummies, Chapter VI) from her corpse. I know it's on the mob, because all loot has been handed out every time and she can't be skinned. The person tagged as the corpse looter says there's nothing on the mob, they can't loot it either.

I've had a ticket open since yesterday afternoon, no response so far (when other people claim their similar tickets were handled very quickly). Anything I can do to speed up the process? I'm freaking out trying to get this quest done before the old world is destroyed and I can't do it anymore. I don't have many more weeks of instance locks left to try and loot a quest item that just isn't showing up.

The other people you mention likely submitted petitions before the patch was released and the queue times jumped dramatically because of it, Isonox.

Have you had everyone in the party attempt to loot the corpse? A Game Master will look into your request but that may be an option if you run this again.
