Heirloom issue

okay, excuse me for my language please. But [>.>] what the FREAK does someone have to do to get a response. I know i should just be waiting like the other what 12 million people submitting tickets, but im in desperate need of answer. I just returned to game after about 5-6 months. Before i left on my main i gathered 5 heirlooms. I return to the game desperate for WoW again finding im missing one! My Mass of McGowan. This was my favorite weapon heirloom I had and its gone. I have waited 30-36 hours for a response and yet, no response. It's kind of horrible thinking you could be killing so much faster if you had the heirloom you worked so [>.>]hard to get. Very disappointed .

Does any1 know anything I can do (besides the people saying farm on getting it back again) cuz i started new characters to get the hang of things again. Please anything from anyone it's so annoying i have to count on other people rather than blizzard WHO IM PAYING for help who obviously isn't going to help ANYTIME soon.

once again sorry for my frustration...just so angry right now:(

I understand you are frustrated with the wait times and we are glad you are back. We just had a major patch which has slowed us down a bit. Please try not to use masked profanity on the forums, we will be happy to assist you any way we can.

As for the item, if it was deleted over 2 months there is a possibility that we may not be able to recover the item, but a gm can always investigate the issue for you. I can see both of your petitions are still in queue, please be patient they will get to you as soon as they can.
