I want my honor back.

Hi Blizzard, my payments date back to as early as December of 2004 and this is the first time I've truly been very frustrated with the game. I've been pvp'ing for a while, and I've been really trying hard obtain a better weapon by doing Arenas since that was my only option. I've sought after the 2h sword for along time, but none of my teams ever worked out. Now keep in mind, I'm a casual player, I'm not on everyday, and I'm not using a super-computer. I just bought an item last night for 600 honor, I had around 1600 or so. I noticed the new "Battleground Rating" on items that required 1800 of the bg rating, or 1800 arena or personal rating. Clearly in red font, telling me it is not obtainable by me. But I hear you can buy them without rating it all.. So I want my honor back. I read the patch notes, I read as much of I could as the mass amounts of the links and pages and posts as I can fit in a sitting at the computer, and saw nothing about the fact that you were going to add an extra requirement for the weapon, but not actually require it, anywhere.
