Help with gamecard

I'm trying to redeem my code for my card but I can't seem to find it. I followed the directions on it. how it says to got to http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/gamecard and I can't find it. This is my first time doing this and activating my account. Can someone help me?

I reviewed the account, Louik, and I do not see where you have the full version of the game. Both WOW1 and WOW2 are both trial accounts that have not been upgraded.

In order to use the Game Card you purchased, you must first upgrade the account either through the Direct Online Upgrade or by purchasing the game from a local retailer. Once the account is upgraded, then you may add the Game Card.
