Why Bliz Doesnt Help!

I been seeking help for my issue with my spell book for my enchanting being gone for a few days now. I had a ticket open for days, and a post here. I understand that bliz has a lot to fix but is there a email i can send my problem to and not need to worry about it?

This is a known issue, Kraola.

In some cases typing the following command may help.

/cast enchanting

If the command does not help you however, you will need to wait for your ticket to be addressed.
