Paid Serice Problem

Ok so its been a week now since posting a help ticket to try and recover the lost Points from when my characters Transfered servers and factions, Log on today to find a post from a GM saying some crap about a Profession which is no where near what the hell reported having a problem with. My question for The GM or Mod that reads this what has to be done in order to get crap rolled back since it seems thats the only thing fixing the problem at this point? Contacting blizz support team is like trying to win a lottery, You might get in and you might not.

I know there are 100s of not more out there with the same problem and most got the same thing which makes me think that some GM made a standard we are retarded reply and just mass mailed it out.

The fix for missing currency should have now gone through. Please log completely out of the game client (close World of Warcraft) and log back in! If for some reason you are still missing your alternate currency, please post here so I can forward your information on to the appropriate party!

I can understand the unrelated response causing frustration, Surefirè. As always, you may send feedback directly to wowgmfeedback-us.com. The feedback you provide goes directly to supervisors within that department and I can assure you that they do look into mishandled issues.

In regards to the main issue, the thread may seem dead as we will only provide updates when we have them, however it's stickied for a reason.
