Good Afternoon,

I was wondering if I could get a sense of how long the average wait time is for In Game Petitions? I understand that the wait is longer than usual due to the latest patch. I submitted mine on Saturday, so it's been a few days.

I think I lost my BOA Cloth Shoulders due to a mailing in the mailbox that must have expired on Ravencrest. I'm hoping that if this did happen, it could be restored.

Taamane is correct, Arigatoe. Due to the holiday events, our queue time is a bit higher than normal, however rest assure that our Game Masters are working hard to assist as many players as they can.
