RAF problem

Hello,

My friend recently decided she wanted to start playing WoW. So I took a RAF key and emailed it to her and she made a trial account with that key.

Two days later she was hooked and decided to go buy the battlechest with BC and Vanilla. She billed the account for three months yesterday.

Problem being, she accidentally made a NEW account instead of upgrading her TRIAL account.

Is there any way that the new account could be linked to my account instead of the trial account? I'm not worried only about getting the touring rocket but I did want the other perks as well to help her level up for the first time.

Please let me know what I can do. Had planned on opening a ticket as soon as the realms are back online.
