Bag items: moving, clicking is so painful now

Ever since the patch went live, I've had nothing but a headache trying to move items that I have in my bags. It's just about everything and anything with bag items when I am trying to:

* Put an item in the AH
* Trying to do a search in the AH (by using shift-click on an item that is in my bags)
* Move an item from one location to another within my bags
* Mailing an item to another character
* Moving items from my bags to my bank
* Moving items from my bank to my bags
* Splitting a stack of items manually (shift/click)
* Taking items out of my mailbox to put into my bag
* Selling trash to vendors

It's not one character, it's not one account. I have a multiple accounts and it's doing this on all of them. It's not the computer system as I play on 4 different systems. This is happening on all. This is also happening to me on Beta. I am having to click on items anywhere from 2 to 5 times to get them to move,

What have I done? I have turned down graphics to the bare minimum, doesn't seem to change anything. I have disabled ALL add-ons. Still happens. I've rebooted the computer(s), no change.

Latency is fine. Framerate is a good number. Moving around, flying around, walking, running, questing are all fine. This is specific to the items in all bags on all characters.

Q u o t e:
Have you tried with absolutely 0 add-ons installed after a fresh full UI reset? This sounds like an add-on error causing it.

Indeed, disabling addons is often not enough - you need to do a full reset UI.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

More detailed instructions for different operating systems, including Macs are here.
