I recently transferred this character to Ghostlands from Blackrock. After a decent 24 hours of that character being available for play, the character was locked, the transfer disputed. This is the second time this week a transfer for that character has been disputed. Payment was made both times, that is not the issue. To be frank I am irate, I paid the steep price of $25 for a transfer in order to play with some local friends of mine, and I am being blatantly denied that opportunity. Both times my character transfer has failed, my mailbox has been emptied and current auctions I'd had running, lost. I'm not about to spend another $25 dollars to move the character again, I've already done so twice. As far as I am concerned I've paid for a service and that service has not been delivered. I almost feel as if I've been stolen from, taken for fifty dollars and made to waste time in a phone queue only to be told that my refund will arrive in roughly fifteen business days and that there's nothing else that can be done. Something needs to be done, my character needs to be on Ghostlands, where I paid to have him moved; and with any luck I can be compensated for this painstaking ordeal that's cost me a good bit of time.
