Customer service & the other forums

Dear guys from Customer Service,

Could you please ask your team mates who are meant to look after the Bug Report and Tech Support forums to post there once in a while? Honestly, it's frustrating to see no responses at all and the update thread that says was updated a day ago in the stickies says the same as 6 days ago, never mentions the new bugs that people reported (and there are heaps).

In fact, this forum here was the first one that had a useful update in the stickies about the patch and issues. And it's also the only one where Blizzard employees are interacting with customers.

I know and appreciate that you guys are rushed off your feet with the patch having hit like a grenade with similar effects but could some people please show their faces over on the other forums once in a while so we at least get the impression that Blizzard cares about the fact that there are so many problems?

The others aren't manned quite as many hours as ours is, Dream.

We aren't quite 24/7 here - but nearly. They are more normal day hours. The bug report forum may not have many posts, but they do look for information there, so it's well worth posting.
