Why can i get any tech help..??

im not sure why i seem to get ignored here, but i have valid issues that i have posted in here, with no responses to any of them from a blue , I have been locked out of my account, due to all the issues i have had/having with this patch!

I haven't been able to play since the release of the patch (9 days) and i would like to get my issues addressed so i can continue to play this game, not pay to have nothing!, like i have for the last week+...seriously!
