its getting pretty bad in our battlegroup and reporting them does nothing because there always just slightly walking around.

Are you using the Report AFK tool? Movement doesn't matter. If they get that debuff they have got to engage in some sort of PvP or they are removed from the BG.

That's entirely possible, Álgebraic.

In the case of that type of bot - please DO continue to report them using the ingame system, but also place a petition. In any cross-realm environment the player name AND realm will be most helpful.
