Naturally, I assumed it was a hacker, even though I had never been hacked before, and filed to have my account locked and proceeded to clean out any malware on my computer.
However, my programs are not finding anything at all on my computer, but I'm positive that my account is continuously being hacked, and this hacker is getting my information every time I submit it to Blizzard to log into WoW.
I've already changed my password and e-mail account plenty of times, but it doesn't matter seeing as the moment I log into WoW, eventually, I'm booted and my password is changed and I have e-mails telling me that the e-mail address of my account is being changed. (For the record, I would love it if I could see what that e-mail address is to help me narrow down my search for this hacker, instead of having it mostly blurred out.)
Currently my account is locked and I've run AVG, Spyware Doctor, and Malwarebytes while running WoW and having the login and password box filled, but not submitted, and none of them found anything. (Full-scan with each, of course, not quick-scans.)
At this point I'm not sure what to do, mostly since, as I mentioned earlier, I have never been hacked before. I'm very careful about what sites I visit, and I constantly run the programs mentioned above and then some to make sure my computer stays clean.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
