Hey, Sorry about making a new thread, (OLD THREAD: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=27291812280&sid=1&pageNo=1 ) but I did what you GM asked me to do and this is the response I get:

Greetings,

We apologize for any inconveniences you are experiencing with your World of Warcraft account. Unfortunately, the e-mail address used to contact us is not registered to the account in question. For privacy and security reasons, we are only able to discuss the account through the registered email address.

Can I get someone to please help me out? I think I know what email is registered to my WoW Account, its the email I check 5 times a day, its the email address I use to log into wow/SC2 every day. Amazing I get banned for no fault of my own yet I have to go through all this..

What Should I do now? because clearing Emailing them doesn't work so well, Should I just keep spamming emails? Should I just keep ringing? Please someone take a look into this, it will save me and your fellow employees a lot of time.

Here's my Luck with Emails:

Hello,

Apparently my has been suspended, and I have no idea why.. I never received an email regarding the suspension, this email is the email on the WoW Account, but I didn't get any emails from blizzard, and yes I did check my Junk Mail/filters. Can you please reply with the reasoning, or resend the email.

Thank You
Kind Regards

Hey Blizzard,

I was recently banned for 24 hours because apparently I exploited to earn more justice points then I should have, The only thing I did was farm Heroics all day with a really good group, no sneaky tricks or exploits used, we just run it hard and fast. The same Issue has happened to many other people on the forums, and it has happened to me as well. Can you please review my account or remove the ban because I can ensure you every badge I earn t was earn t with hard work.

I did call Account support, but they didn't have any clue about what was going on, please don't dismiss this email as "already been resolved" because it has clearly not been resolved in the slightest.

UPDATED: Apparently I used some kind of exploit in the Occulus, I have no bloody idea what this exploit is, but yet the GM's that post in my thread on the forums say "those who deliberately used that exploit deserve what they got."..........

After the ban was over I didn't care to much anymore, was only 24 hours, but then It seems the GM's removed 1000 Justice Points. How is it fair that I get a 24 hour ban, and removed Justice points for apparently "exploiting" yet I don't (and still don't) know exactly what I did wrong..

I still wish to have my account investigated, and the Ban History Removed, and Justice points re-awarded, not fused about game-time.

Thank you
Kind Regards

If you would like to register your current email address to the account in question, you may follow one of two options:

1. Contact our Billing Department to verify the account information.
You may only contact the Billing Department through the numbers listed below.
- U.S. Customers: 1-800-592-5499
- Australian Customers: 1-800-041-378

goes on with other useless information all of which doesn't contain anything about bans

Looks like there was a display error on our end that was showing the wrong e-mail associated with your account, Reddings. I experienced this myself while investigating. >O.o< Very strange. Sorry for the confusion, I've hit up the original representative who addressed your issue and they're taking a second look at it.
