Help!! Unable to log in to WOW or Battl.net

Just looking everywhere I can for help...As of about 2pm CST yesterday my WOW crashed, not surprising since the patch. Upon trying log back in I get an error, my account username/password is invalid...I use a battle.net with authenticator and knew I couldn't be hacked. Soooo just to make sure I went to log into battle.net...I got the following error "invalid account". Just like my account doesn't exist or something. Tried calling billing but the queue was full. Another 12 hours later and still not working. Anyone have any suggestions or is this a known issue?? I'm growing tired of trying...

I am more than happy to review the account in question, Kotmepoopn, and may be able to provide additional information.

In order for me to investigate the issue further, I would need for you to provide me a character name and realm on the account you are unable to access.

The good news is I do not see any indication that the account was compromised, which leads me to believe it may be something to do with the authenticator.

Occasionally they will get out of sync which will produce the "invalid information" error.

What kind of an authenticator do you have -- keychain or mobile?

Thanks for the update. Glad it was an issue with the mobile authenticator and not the account itself. :)
