Canceled My Subscription

Patch 4.01 has made this game unplayable. I have a Vista system with a Quad core 2.4 Ghz CPU and NVidia GForce 9500 GT video card. Running with my pre-patch 4.01 settings I ran at 60 frames per second. Now, running with anything other than very poor settings I get 25 to 30 FPS. Display is not only choppy but so poor I cannot read text over characters heads (etc.). Suggestions from support to further dumb down display (liquids, sun rays, etc., etc) gave not resolved frame rate issue and only serve to worsen the experience. Too bad. I used to really enjoy this game but that time is up. Goodbye. I have canceled my subscription and do not intend to re-engage.

I am sorry to hear you have decided to cancel the account due to patch related issues, Rikard. :(

From what I have gathered from your description, your issue seems to pertain specifically to graphical/display/framerate issues. I am not very technical savvy but I was able to find some information that may be of assistance.

If you have not done so already, update your video drivers. Even if your system is relatively new the video drivers may be out of date. Information can be found on the Technical Support Forum in the following thread:
