Banned for Farming Heroics

Me and my friend have both been banned for apparently "Exploiting the Justice Point System". We in no way exploited to earn Justice points faster, all we did was run Random Heroics for a long period at a very fast rate. We did no use any sneaky tricks or exploits to make these runs faster or to get around the Heroic Lockout Period (is the even one?).

I was banned for 24 hours, Its finished now but I would like the ban history removed and game time reimbursed, if not I would like to know what exactly we did to get this ban, because I honestly cant think of anything I did wrong.

My friend is still banned, he got an 48 hour ban, funny that he got banned for the same thing yet his ban is twice as long, and Ive seen some people getting 72 hour bans. He also asked me to post on his behalf for his ban to be removed and game time reimbursed.

We both called blizzard, they didn't help us at all, only to send an email saying "the problem has been resolved" but the ban was not removed at the time and nothing happened about it. I don't care to much about the ban (my friend does because his is 48 hours and its the weekend) Its just annoying we can banned for doing heroics.

My friends name is Jinrock on Barthilas if you wish to investigate would be appreciated.

EDIT: Another person was banned: "It was the "Cache of the Ley-Guardian" used for "Infinite Justice Points" if this is what I was banned for, we certainly did not obtain "Infinite Justice Points" if they quickly take a look at our 2 ( I think) only occulus runs, they could see we only got the standard amount of Justice points from both runs.

As has been suggested, Reddings, you may contest this with Account Administration.

They can be contacted via e-mail at [email protected]. I'm afraid I'm unable to assist directly with these kinds of issues, as they fall strictly under the purview of only Account Administration. =>.<=

Hello everyone –

This thread has gotten out of hand and full of unjustified theories of who, what, when, where, why, and how.

For those of you who have been suspended and/or banned for a Justice Point issue, the way to resolve it is by emailing our Account Administration team at [email protected]. Alternatively, you can also submit the details via the Account Administration webform: https://us.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml. If you have emailed them already, please continue to be patient as these issues may take some time to investigate.

Even if the suspension has passed, I encourage all of you to email them as well. It is possible for mistakes to be made, not necessarily pertaining to this issue, but any issue that results in an account action.

Lastly, moderators of this forum do not have the ability to investigate and overturn account actions. As the OP has received the answer, not once but twice now, on how to dispute an account action, I am locking this thread.
