I can't discover Thunderbluff

I apologize if this isn't where I should post this.

I'm trying to explore everywhere on this character and no matter how far I go into Thunderbluff or where I go I can't get it to be explored so I can't get the explore Mulgore achievement. I've literally run all over Thunderbluff literally inside the city and dying multiple times in order for it to work and it still says I haven't discovered it. I haven't had this problem on my other characters so I don't understand what's keeping me from discovering it. Oh and also it is showing up clear on my map, not a blank zone so my map says I've found it but it's not picking up that I've explored it.

Does anyone know what I can do? Is this an issue I open a ticket about in game or something?

Not quite the case, Lyssi. Roraks mentions the following in that post, linked by Eilethalua:

I have received an update on this issue and it appears it can be resolved by submitting an in game petition. When opening a petition make sure you clearly state that you are unable to get the achievement "Explore Mulgore". If you submit an in-game petition we should be able to assist you with this. :0)
