I am NOT trolling. However, as a paying customer, I'm coming to the "customer service" forum to complain about really bad service. I have to wonder why blizz would release such a big patch that has so many problems. With the constant freezes, the disconnects, the random kicking of BG, the stealth nerfs, the god awful character balancing, its a hassle to try to even play the game. I am very dissapointed with this patch. It has to be the worst ever.

Blizz please get your act together.

Several issues are being addressed as we speak such as disconnecting from the Battlegrounds. We are working diligently to resolve these issues as quickly as humanly possible.
