So when will normal game play resume?

I have been patient all week with the horrendous patch. Now I am really getting aggravated. I am sick of the lag, I am sick of the freezing. Game play has been substandard all week. When is it going to be fixed? I expected better yesterday than to get stuck in toc at the loading of the instance. I expected better than the longest loading screen I have ever seen trying to recover my toon this morning. I expected better than another unreasonable wait with a screen at the gy. I expect better than another extended wait at the loading of the screen to get the body back out of the instance. I expect better than a 30 sec delay getting the screen to open up for repairs.

This is not the day of the patch, or the next day or 2 days later. The rolling restarts have happened and game play is still very substandard. When will normal game play be resumable? And this is not a tech support question it is a customer service question.

Have you tried seeking technical support assistance? Your first thread was moved to our technical support forum so that they may further look into your issue.

While the patch has presented game play issues, none are directly directed towards lag.

If your issue is not listed below, waiting for server restarts or "a fix" to clear up lag is not ideally what you want to be doing.

Keep in mind that patch 4.0.1 has introduced new graphics that can potentially bog down your system if you have not taken the time to update your system drivers or adjust your graphic settings. I recommend you follow up with our technical support staff and continue troubleshooting the issues you are experiencing.
