Need actual link to 4.0.1

As much as I would love to download in the background (or even download beforehand), my ISP imposes an exceedingly small download quota per month. (12 gig). In the past, the blizzard launcher has given me the option of not background downloading through that so that I could get the files from my ISP which do not count towards my download quota. That's how I downloaded the 4.7gig recent patch.

But now the launcher wants me to download another 1.7gig, which I think is 4.0.1.12911 to 4.0.1.13164. And I cannot find a link to this file online, and the ability to stop the background downloader is removed; this means I can't pass the URL on to my ISP to make it download-quota-excluded. Is there a mirror to this full file somewhere that I can pass on to my ISP so I don't sacrifice a large chunk of my monthly quota which I'd far rather use actually playing the game? Or am I now actually forced with no option of downloading this through your downloader?

This is pretty make or break for me when it comes to WoW, I'm willing to test out all the new mechanics people are QQing about, but if I have to spend such a large portion of my download quota to do so, I'm just not going to be able to afford to play anymore.

tl;dr desperately need last 1.7gig url link.

Due to the design of the new Streaming Launcher, Infra, standalone patches are currently not available.

Q. Will I still be able to download patches from mirror sites?
A. Standalone patches will be made available again soon.

There is currently no exact ETA.

Q u o t e:
Is there an *unofficial non-gospel* ETA then? One I promise not to take ultra-seriously and just as a general indication of how long i'm going to be out of action? .
Soon?

Now<--------------Very Soon--------Soon--------------->End of Time

In all seriousness, your best option would be to copy the entire game over to an external storage device then simply drag and drop it onto your internal partition.

Does your ISP by any chance have an unlimited download window? 2am - 6am is what I have seen with some providers.
