Character Restoration Help

So i just spoke to a gm about a character restoration of a char i deleted a week ago.
he notified me of the good news that the restoratio was succesful but when i backed out he wasnt there?
i restarted my WoW and still nothing..

do restorations genreally take long to complete?

please shed some light on this im worried i wasted a resto point

This can sometimes happen on a restored character, Mau.

He is there, and should be accessible, just not on your list.

If you could create a new toon on Barthilas, that can sometimes force your list to refresh and make him show in your character listing.
