Tooltips/Petbar

Umm, the tooltips when i mouse over bars and the enhanced tooltips when i mouse over abilities, including the ones on the pet bar, are covering said pet bar. Its very annoying. Is there a way for me to unlock the pet bar and move it, or unlock the tooltip and move that instead? Its really bugging me, and can't imagine why they would do this as a default.

There may be some addons that enable you to move that tooltip, Suiseiseki, but at the moment I know of no other way to move that window.

My best recommendation would be to post in the Suggestions forum regarding your feedback on the location of the tooltip.
