Faction Change Issue Blood Knight Tabard

I recently changed my Human Paladin to a Blood-Elf Paladin. This character has always been a human untill now. I went to go get the quest chain that gets me the Blood Knight Tabard only to find out the game wasn't giving me the quest. When the faction changed occured he was lvl 80. Also since he's always been human till now, he has never done the quest before. I have a GM ticket opened in game about this but its been up all day and nothing has happened. Can a GM fix this so i can do the quest chain or can they give me the Tabard? Other people have told me they also have had this issue before and one said they recieved the Tabard in mail after opening a ticket. I have completed the Alliance Charger Quest Chain, I think this is why I can't do the chain for the Tabard. If this is the case can Blizzard give me the Tabard?

I believe the quest to obtain your initial mount was removed, which also rewards this tabard, Hatsodoom. Though I am not entirely certain if the item has been removed permanently it does not appear that it is currently obtainable.

I highly recommend, if you wish to see another method of acquiring this item introduced, that you post in the Suggestions forum. Our Developers and Community Managers have been collecting player feedback regarding the patch and appreciate your input as well.
