Spell / Ability tooltips not showing data

I realize the damage/healing etc should be showing as "an average" now rather than as a min/max but the tooltips arent showing ANY numbers.

For instance:

SW: Pain
Deals Shadow Damage Over Time.

Mindblast:
A Ranged Spell that Deals Damage.


How do you get the actual data to show?
