Character severely bugged

My mage ifrozeu seems to be having tons of problems...and it's only my mage for some reason. I cannot inspect people on my mage, i cannot even see my own damage via combat text..i've tried a full UI reset..i do not use any Scrolling combat text addons. Tried deleting my WTF,Cache,Interface folders, and now whenever i log on him..i get a WoW Error #132. My other characters are fine..but this is the only 80 i have at the moment. I would just like to know what i can possibly do to fix this. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Error 132 is a Tech specific error, Ifrozeu. You may want to try the troubleshooting steps found in the following post.
