Hello all,

So after the patch I used my hearth to go to dalaran but I seem to be suck in a world with no Mobs or NPC's . They're no portals or anything to exit Northrend. I would imagine that there would not be a boat to leave as well.

What should I do about this? My other toons seem to be fine I can also see trade chat.

This is a known issue, Jaste, and should be resolvable by placing a ticket in with our Game Masters. Please make sure to mention your character is 'phased' or 'stuck' in the description of our issue. Sorry for any inconvenience in the mean time!

so how does one get a ticket escalated? I'm having the exact same issue and it'd be nice to get it resolved quickly. Alternatively, if you submit a ticket on a character and switch to a different character can you still track that initial ticket and respond if a gm gets to you? should you make a new ticket on the other character?

Tickets will be answered regardless of which character you are on, Altharin, and Game Masters will typically contact you if you are online for these types of issues. There is no need to create a second petition.

As mentioned, we have a team looking for these specific issues, so make sure you include the text 'stuck' or 'phased' in your issue when you create it. >^.^<

Should I modify my petition to include the word phase? Will it move me back in queue?

Editing your petition will not affect your position in queue, and that edit would definitely be a good plan. >^.^<

After 36 hours and no response, I was able to find a post that suggested I go to Wintergrasp and back to a city. That did the trick for me.

Ahh, excellent Capt.! I just saw this post and was going to recommend you at least attempt that. It's not resolving this issue for everyone, but it does seem to be working for quite a percentage of players in this situation.
