Landro's Gift Box not opening

Yes, this is a minor issue compared to others but since I finally actually got not one but two Landro's Gift Boxes from the trading cards, I ran to BB to redeem them. They're in my inventory but I can't open them at all. Right clicking does nothing, relogging does nothing.... is this a bug or do I need to do something else with it/them?

Indeed. I know this is frustrating, but please just keep those in your inventory and bank till this can be resolved.
