Mac users eligible for refund?

My girlfriend just starting playing WoW with me, and she owns a PowerPC Mac. She hasn't played in over a month and was just tagged again for her account even though, now, because of the patch, isn't even able to play anyways.

Will the Mac users who are dinged for another month when this patch just hit be eligible for a refund? There seemed to be no warning whatsoever or we would have canceled the subscription long ago. I find this to be quite shady and under-handed to know that something will not be supported, yet, no notice to mac users were sent in a reasonable time.
