Potentially involved in RaF mount scam

A player attempted to sell the RAF mount to me for 12k gold. At the time I did not know this was against the ToS. I figured in game currency for ing ame item right? I told him I would pay after I get the mount and I sent him the invite thinking he wouldnt follow through.

I searched on the forums and saw that this is a scam using stolen credit cards and that it was against ToS because the mount is redeemed online. I pretended to have computer problems and logged off. I wanted to report this to absolve me of any wrong-doing. I did not pay him and I stayed off of Wrelch. The mount was redeemed.

What can I expect to happen now? I sent an in game ticket reporting the same thing. Is there anything else I should do?

A petition should be fine, Wrelch, thank you.

As far as 'paying' - please don't, they will just turn around and try to market that gold.

They'll look into that - just know that it was probably 'redeemed' with fraudulent funds.
