I've wanted to by the plush toys for a while, but I'm in Kuwait. So when I attempt to purchase the items I'm greeted with the following:
Q u o t e:
We cannot ship to APO/FBO addresses.
I decided to call the number listed on the purchase page, and after 54 minutes of waiting, I get to speak with someone.
I explain the same issue, which he answers in the same way the website responds. I ask about the differences between the plush toys and the blizzard magazine, as I receive the magazine at my APO.
He tells me the two are serviced different... the magazine not being serviced via the Blizzard Store.
So I ask if ordering via phone, with his assistance, would be a possibility to obtain the plush toys. He answers that it would not, because he would be placing the order via the website as well.
I then asked if there was a way to complain about it. And he referred me here.
So, Blizzard, what can be done about this? Obviously you have a means of delivering products to APO addresses in place. I do get the magazine.
I want to make the purchase.

ps. Considering the early opt-in for the BlizzCon allows access to the extra items for sale, and the inability to receive any of the items because of the APO address; will something else be done, given, or provided for those of us that can't receive anything?
